The above image #52 "1225 Arrival" has been selected as the primary Grayling
Visit photograph. The picture was taken as the "1225" roared into Grayling,
Saturday, October 15, 2005, at 2:38 pm. The original image has been
"cleaned up" and one of Grayling's Policemen removed from the far left.
Sharon Davis and Bill Greene (Museum Board Members in the Depot Window)
and the Train Engineers are the only people visible in the picture.

"1225 Fall Colors"

The above image #113 "1225 Fall Colors" was taken Sunday, October 16, 2005, at 1:03 pm.
The photograph was taken approximately 10 miles south of Roscommon,
Michigan, as it steamed north to Grayling. The dramatic scene captures
the majesty of the "1225" in the Fall Color Tour to the "Heart of the North".
